Traceability
Traceability is very important to Premier, all parts have a unique batch number through our Partstrac™ service. That means whatever size of order you place with us, every order is fully traceable to the supplier we bought it from. Therefore we can quickly pin point any part if there was a quality or warranty issue; where it came from, the date, order numbers and which customer could be affected.

HEAT EXCHANGE REPAIR SERVICES
We service all types of plate heat exchanger and repair them to the highest standards. Whether you need heat exchanger repair services, regular maintenance on your engine, replacement gaskets, oil filtration services, or reconditioned plates, we are your go-to experts on all things superyacht engine maintenance.
All plate heat exchangers are cleaned, crack inspection and detection carried out, and if needed, a new gasket is fitted. Whenever possible, if the complete heater is available, we will carry out a pressure test to ensure the plate pack is sealed correctly.

REFURBISHED PRODUCTS
Wide Selection
We have access to a large number of refurbished machines, both Alfa Laval and GEA Westfalia. All machines offered by us will be fully stripped, cleaned and all major components and bearing housings checked.
Our method
We will replace all bearings, vertical and horizontal shafts, worm and worm wheels and electric motors with new replacements. All seals and O rings are replaced, bowl sealing faces checked, lock rings re-marked, bowl discs cleaned and polished. The bowl is re-assembled, balanced and a certificate issued.

Certification by a classification society can be supplied at further cost. The machine is brought up to speed and is operated to ensure the bowl is fully operational. All machines are supplied with a 12 month warranty.
