Servicing

Premier Separator Services offers the total plate heat exchanger package, whether it is, replacement gaskets, servicing or reconditioned plates. We carry in stock most of the major manufacturers NBR gaskets. We will source and supply the best quality reconditioned plates and for piece of mind will guarantee each plate for a minimum of 12 months. The types of plate heaters we specialize in are:

We will service all types of plate heat exchanger. All Plate heat exchangers are cleaned, crack detected and fitted with a new gasket.  When ever possible, if the complete heater is available, we will carry out a pressure test to ensure the plate pack is sealed correctly.
